James M. Bolz has practiced law since 1975 and works in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, landlord and tenant matters, and eminent domain or condemnation matters. He also helps clients with probate and estate administration, estate planning, wills, trusts, and a variety of other legal issues. He is known throughout the Dundee community as an intelligent and effective lawyer, skilled in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. Mr. Bolz is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Bolz is a member of the Illinois Bar Associations Real Estate Section and earned his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California.
